This 18 mm Rotary Cutter is for cutting all of those fine details and small curves. Perfect for applique, intricate quilt pieces and trimming seams. The small blade size allows for precision and control, even as you cut complex pieces.

Olfa Rotary Cutters are conveniently designed for both right and left handed use. The blade can easily be switched if need be, and feature a built-in blade cover to keep you extra safe.
